Lexus GS450h fails Auto Motor und Sport braking test

I've noticed a lot of people criticizing the Lexus GS for poor brakes on this website. Today, my Auto Motor und Sport arrived and they had a test of a bunch of cars including the Lexus GS450h in there. Specifically, they wanted to test the braking distance and quality of the brakes.The GS placed 8/10, with the last two cars being midsized SUV's (Hyundai Santa Fe / Chevrolet Captiva). The GS brakes were described as weak and having a delayed response time. Audi Q7: Watch out for all those options!

Audi was a late arrival at the SUV party with its Q7 but luckily for the four-ringed brand the shindig is showing no signs of ending given the continuing popularity of such go-anywhere luxury behemoths. Audi's cute Q7 catchphrase reads: "For 25 years Audi has created quattro for its cars. Now, it's created a car for quattro." The question is whether it offers anything new or innovative in the SUV game. I think it has more exuberant styling than the typical blob-shaped SUV, particularly at the front with its super-sized, gnashing oval grille. It looks like a super-sized RS4 .

The RS4 can jet from 0-100 km/h in 4.8 seconds and 0-200 km/h in 16.6 seconds. It's electronically limited to 250 km/h.

It looks racy too and the RS4 comes with beefy wheel-arches, flashy wheels, and pumped-up shark-like spoiler gills which give it a pimped look.

Hearts coach ruling delayed

HEARTS head coach Valdas Ivanauskas has had his sentencing on a speeding charge delayed because a printout of his driving licence has not yet turned up.

Perth District Court was told that a printout of his driving licence details had been ordered, but had not yet arrived from the DVLA.

Ivanauskas was due to be sentenced today after he admitted speeding at 97mph in his Audi S4 on the M90 in Perthshire. The case was put off until January 17, when he could be banned from driving.
